This is the Personal Information Collection Statement of the HKUST Souvenir Shop (https://www.souvenir.hkust.edu.hk/) (the “Site”). This policy is additional to the terms and conditions governing the use of this website, and should be read together with those terms and conditions. The Site respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data and the PICS explains our privacy practices. It is our policy to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
